First there is an initial consultation which covers the process and likely results of your treatment, it is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and discuss how the process works with one of our professionally qualifed Therapists, then you can sit back and relax in our private treatment room.

There are just a few easy steps to your brighter, whiter smile

First your therapist will take a shade guide, this will be your start shade, a plastic retractor is gently placed in your mouth to hold your position, and then a protective gel is applied to the lips and gums to protect against sensitivity.
We apply a barrier cream to the gum line to keep the product away from the soft tissue.

The whitening gel is carefully applied directly to your teeth, we use the LED to activate the product for your first 10 minute cycle

The whitening gel is removed and new product reapplied a further two or three times, depending on how dramatic you want the results to be!

Finally, the dam and plastic retractor is removed, you can then rinse out your mouth. Your therapist will then take another shade guide to confirm your results. The results of the treatment can last up to two years depending on diet, lifestyle and oral hygiene.

The whole procedure will take around1 hour to perform.

After treatment your therapist will go through an after care program, explaining how to look after your teeth and maintain the results.
Immediately after treatment and for the following 24 hours we recommend you avoid staining foods such as coffee, coke, dark green vegetables etc. and only consume white foods, fish, chicken, potatoes, pasta, a list of recommended food groups and things to avoid will be supplied.
